This data is not merged with other data sources.

7. Disclosure of Data Abroad

If, in the context of operating this website or communicating with you, service providers abroad are engaged, personal data may be disclosed to countries outside Switzerland or outside the European Economic Area.

8. Storage Period

We process and store personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the respective purpose or as long as statutory retention obligations exist.
Data that you transmit to us in connection with an inquiry or the initiation of a mandate will be deleted as soon as its storage is no longer necessary and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
Where statutory retention and documentation obligations exist, the data will be stored for the duration of the respective applicable legal periods.

 

9. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under the nFADP and, where applicable, under the GDPR, you have in particular the following rights:

a) Right of access
You have the right to request information as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed and, if so, which data.

b) Right to rectification
You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate personal data or the completion of incomplete personal data.

c) Right to erasure
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data, provided there are no statutory retention obligations or overriding legitimate interests preventing this.

d) Right to restriction of processing
Where the GDPR is applicable, you may request restriction of processing under the statutory conditions.

e) Right to receive or transfer data
Within the scope of the statutory requirements, you have the right to receive personal data in a commonly used electronic format or to have it transferred to another controller.

f) Withdrawal of consent
You may revoke any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.

g) Right to object
Where the GDPR is applicable and the processing is based on legitimate interests, you may object to the processing on grounds relating to your particular situation.

 

10. Right to Lodge a Complaint with the Competent Supervisory Authority

Switzerland
In the event of violations of data protection law, you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Germany / EU
Where the GDPR is applicable, you may contact the competent data protection supervisory authority at your place of residence, your place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement.

We take appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction, or unauthorized access by third parties.
