Thanks to his professional experience in the civil service, Mr. Hünninger has in-depth knowledge of Swiss criminal tax law, Swiss aliens law and Swiss family law (in particular, matrimonial protection and divorce, international child abduction, maintenance proceedings and the regulation of custody and guardianship shares).

Mr. Hünninger's practice focuses on forensic law: He conducts out-of-court settlement negotiations and represents the interests of our clients in many other areas of law before Swiss judicial and administrative authorities.

He practices in German and French.
