MEDIATION

Resolve conflicts. Move forward together.

Conflicts cannot always be avoided. What is crucial, however, is how they are resolved. Legal proceedings lead to a legal decision – but not always to a solution that all parties involved can live with in the long term.

Mediation offers a different approach. It enables the parties, with professional guidance, to develop a viable solution independently. The goal is not to evaluate the past or determine guilt, but to reach an agreement that considers the interests of all involved and creates a shared vision for the future.

The mediator guides the parties through a structured process, remaining impartial and not making any decisions. Responsibility for the solution lies with the parties themselves. This approach often leads to agreements that are more sustainable than court rulings.

Mediation is an option in various situations – for example, in conflicts between business partners, within companies or organizations, in succession arrangements in family businesses, and in private disputes, such as in the family or neighborhood environment.

Dr. Marcel Faßbender and Nicole-Denise Faßbender are trained mediators and accompany mediation processes with legal experience, a structured approach and an eye for viable solutions.
